Returns & Exchanges Policy


To make a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us via email to make a return:

Our return address will be given once you have contacted us and stated your reason for return.

Non-returnable items: 

Games consoles and accessories. 

Products on our 'USED SNEAKERS' collection.

Trapstar Jackets. 

Supreme Collection.                  

Reasons for return: Shoe does not fit, defected or faulty, wrong order received.   

Clothing collections: As of 1/4/22, we only refund applicable clothing items for store credit. Exchanges are available if the product size is stocked on our website.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item(s) and its approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately. 

In the case the product is received in used/damaged condition, a refund will not be granted and we will post the trainers back to your address. 

We strongly advise posting the item back in a cardboard box with bubble wrap or newspaper to avoid damage to the product as this would void your eligibility for a full refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We will exchange items if the one received is defected/faulty. Item can only be changed with the same item purchased. We will send a pre-paid shipping label for the exchange.

If your shoe doesn't fit, we will accept an exchange for an alternative size of the same product, though you will be responsible for the shipping cost for this reason. 

Feel free to contact us via email or Instagram DM if you are unsure what size to purchase, we will provide advice to avoid this scenario.

Custom Sneaker Returns & ExchangesWe currently only offer returns on our custom sneaker collection for a defective/faulty item. In which, we will cover the return postage cost.  

Purchases Outside The UKWe offer returns and exchanges for all reasons previously stated though we do not take responsibility for any postage cost.

Cancelling Your Order After Purchase  - You must contact us within 1 hour after purchasing if you change your mind to Refund/Cancel your order due to the speed we aim to fulfil orders. After 1 hour, we charge a 10% cancellation fee. 


We will pay for shipping costs in all cases except for when the item does not fit. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. For all other reasons we will send you a pre-paid label via email. We strongly advise using a cardboard box as well as newspaper or bubble wrap to package the returning item to avoid damage to the product.
