Your must return your item within 7 days of receiving it. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The amount refunded is the full amount paid for the product/s excluding the shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories that came with it. This includes the condition of the shoe box.

Clearance/Sale products are not available for an exchange, only refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange items if the one received is defected/faulty. Customer may only exchange their item for the same product purchased. Send us an email at: email@example.com.
If your shoe doesn't fit, we will accept an exchange for a alternative size of the same product, though we will not reimburse the shipping cost. Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold for exchange to be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are only reimbursed in the rare case that the product you receive is defective or faulty.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
